Design Concept
Darband commercial project is located in an area of 250 m2 in Darband: One of the special features of this project is its location with diverse views of the city of Tehran and the Alborz mountains. The first floor is designed as the turning point of this project with angular!-columns and a terrace with a view to the north of Tehran.. This project includes 1 commercial unit on the ground floor, 10 office units on 5 floors and 3 parking floors in the basement.
Key Features
The location of the project and the topography of the site are such that it has a diverse view of the surroundings. It has a view of the Alborz Mountains from the north, Saad Abad Palace and its surrounding vegetation from the west, and a view of the city of Tehran from the south. This wide perspective led us to use the maximum opening to design the project.
