Farimah
Project Overview
Farimah project has been redesigned with the aim of returning the aesthetics of the building to a modern and minimal space for contemporary use as a house.
Design Concept
This project is located on a land with an area of 137.21m min Kamraniye region, which is important in terms of location. This house is located at the intersection of Sheikhul-Islam and Farimah passages, which due to the difference in level of the passages, 2 floors of the building can be seen in the northern passage and 3 floors in the southern passage. The ground floor, which is accessible from the southern passage, includes the lobby and parking, and the first and second floors include residential spaces.
Key Features
Due to the fact that the property has an area of less than 200m, it is considered one of the small propertis, but it is of special importance in terms of the location of the project. For this reason, all 3 facades are equal in term of design. On the other hand, the trees in the west and south of the site have created a special privacy for the building.
Accentuation of the building due to its location special centrality and the absence of yard made us look for an opportunity to rehabilitate lost greenery. By creating openness in the western facade and designing terraces to maximize the open space and green landscape, we have provided a direct connection with the surrounding natural landscape, and also by designing urban furniture in front of the terraces, we have created a lively public space.
