Ray Parking
Project Overview
Ray's multi-story parking is located in a densely packed district 12 of Tehran. This area has historical background and brick is used as main façade material.
Design Concept
This project includes two ground floors and five basement floors. The ground floor has commercial function, While basement and upper stories function is parking. Access to commercial units is from the main street (Ray Street) while access to the parking lots is from the bystreet (Youssef Abadi Street).
Key Features
Architect covered the upper stories facade with a screen of hollow alternating brick in order to balance the desire for natural light and appropriate air ventilation as well as view to the street.
